Q.) How can I place an order?
A.) Simple! You can place an order in person at the shop, online through our online inquiry form, or over the phone!
Q.) How long will it take for my order to be completed?
A.) Depending on what service you are requesting, turn around times may vary.
- Screen printed items- approximately 10 business days
- Tailoring- Approximately one week, for more intricate alterations, allow more
time for your order to be completed (i.e. Wedding Gowns, Prom Gowns, etc)
- Embroidery- Embroidered items with an existing design take approximately
one week for completion.
- Order with logo digitizing- Also approximately one week for completion, upon
artwork approval.
**Rush jobs are an option
Q.) Do you accept Credit Cards or Checks?
A.) Yes we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept checks.
Q.) Is there a minimum number of pieces I need to place an order?
A.) For screen printing, there is a 12-piece minimum. However, for embroidery and Instant transfers, there is no minimum. Whether it be one piece, or one hundred, Custom Stitch can do it!
Q.) Can I bring in an item to be personalized, or do I need to purchase it at Custom Stitch.
A.) Yes you may. Carry-in fee may apply.(seasonal)
Q.) What are terms of payment?
A.) A 50% deposit is required for all customized items, with balance due upon receipt.
